This Book was fantastic and portrayed a new perspective to the world of Terre d'Ange. The main character of this spin-off series is not related to the Kushiel's Legacy or Immoral Trilogy in any way but she lives in a world after they have lived. The character provides a completely new take and brings in more themes that are taboo in our society. The second two books did leave you desiring more though.
