This book was so good and made me feel so good after I read it. The author did a great job of portraying the young princess. I think it is historically accurate but I don't know much about her childhood or life so it's an uneducated guess. Juliette Gordon Low came to mind as I read the book. The historical accuracy was on point as well. I use this series for the Girl Scout JR badge Playing the past but I tell girls this is not a very exciting book and can be a dry read before they choose this novel. 4/19-19/2012
