The Girls of Gettysburg was a fantastic read and it portrayed both sides of the war fairly with a focus on the personal hardships during the time and less focus was on the political hardships. This was a very good read and it had a great deal of information. It provided a great look into how many families were torn apart during the civil war and how many people were affected personally. 3/22-31/2012
