Mary Bloody Mary
Rating : 6/6
When I read the book in 2005 I was uncertain of the accuracy of the story, but as I have grown with this series I do not doubt the accuracy of the storyline. The young Royal is a fabulous read and I would suggest it for anyone in the teen years after they read the Princess Diaries series by Scholastic. That being said Mary Bloody Mary follows the life of 14-year-old Mary crown Princess of England child of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon. This timeline takes place after her mother is "divorced" and Anne Boylen takes the crown as Queen of England. It highlights the trials a young princess who is not the child of the queen can be treated and was treated. I recommend all of the books in the young Royals Series and by Carolyn Meyer who is a vivid historical author.
Tarot Card: Art Of Life - four of Wands. I find the quote to be most useful from this card, "Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant."-Robert Louis Stevens, because this is they story of how Princess Mary developed into Queen Bloody Mary.
