Rebecca's Rucksack of Riches
Can we customize the experience?
Yes—and it’s encouraged.Games can be selected, adjusted, or blended to suit your gathering.Whether you’re after something light, theatrical, reflective, or just a little mischievous, the evening can be shaped to match.
What kind of events is this best for?
Each game includes a “best suited for” note to help guide your choices. That said, every amusement can be adapted to fit the room. From quiet gatherings to lively celebrations, the structure bends easily to the mood of your event.
How long does each game last?
Each game is flexible by design. Some move quickly, others linger a little longer. The pacing of the evening is guided as much by the group as by the cards themselves.
What if someone doesn’t want to participate?
They don’t have to. Truly. There are always seats to observe, snacks to enjoy, and a perfectly respectable way to linger at the edge of the room. No one is called upon, no one is graded, and no one is made to perform.
How many people can play at once?
More than you might expect.Groups of 20–25 have played together comfortably, with games adjusted to keep everyone involved. Larger groups simply mean shorter turns and a quicker rhythm to the evening.
Is this religious?
Not in any formal sense. Tarot has crossed many paths—appearing in different cultures, beliefs, and traditions over time. You’ll find echoes of many systems within the imagery, including familiar iconography. At the end of the day, they are simply cards. They carry meaning only as far as you’re willing to explore it. Guests of all backgrounds—spiritual, religious, or otherwise—are welcome and comfortable here.
How many games should we choose?
Each gathering includes two games as part of the experience. Additional amusements may be added for $10 each, allowing you to tailor the evening to your group’s energy.
Do guests need tarot knowledge?
Not in the slightest. The cards will guide where needed, and every game is designed to be understood in the moment. Curiosity is far more useful than experience.
